Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts. The Daring Way™ was developed from her research to empower individuals to learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Services are offered in both an intensive individual format (in person or virtual based) or in a group format through an intensive weekend or a COVID-friendly virtual workshop. Please contact me for available dates, scheduled retreats, as well as pricing information.
Whichever way you choose to do the work, we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We will dig deep and become familiar with the thoughts, emotions, and barriers that are holding us back, and we identify new choices and practices that move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. It is an adventure that can be painful, empowering, inspiring, and a journey that I am excited to partner with you through!
