Melissa Russiano, LCSW, LISW, CDWF
Hello! My name is Melissa Russiano and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Professor with over twenty-four years of experience in the field. As a big believer in resiliency and being truly authentic, my career has been focused on working with women to achieve personal empowerment, a solid self-identity grounded in truth, and achieving the goals they have identified in order to be able to thrive. Due to technology, I am excited to be able to expand my clinical practice to any client within the three states that I am licensed in via a HIPPA compliant virtual platform. In addition, my coaching practice has expanded nationally, as well as into Canada, which has been amazing to reach beyond the boundaries of Erie, Pennsylvania.
“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.” - Dr. Brené Brown
